By accessing and using the EN Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Bridarning Platform provides browser-based career and life simulation experiences, skills assessment tools, educational content, and professional development resources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to transmit harmful content, to attempt unauthorized access to systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Bridarning Platform and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the service. You represent that you have the right to grant such license.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
Educational licenses are subject to additional terms including usage limits, data protection requirements, and compliance with educational standards. Institutional administrators are responsible for user management.
Enterprise services may include custom terms, service level agreements, and additional privacy protections. Recruitment features require explicit user consent and comply with employment laws.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridarning Platform from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Goiânia, GO, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
